Planet Earth and the X Factor

Excerpt from the sapience government system.

The code of the sapience governing system is the strongest protect the weak and the innocent for no reward. When the strongest humans protect the weaker and the innocent they start to grow stronger which also makes the strongest grow as well (A rising tide raises all boats)

The strongest member is the system itself and it is illegal for the government to prey on any human in any way shape or form. Instead the system protects people and all animals and plants too. People under the new governing system become the guardians of the earth.
