The reciprocal effects from changing the system to the sapience system.
The first law were it is illegal for the human specie self governing system reshapes the entire human social structure. The results of this law for governing the entire specie stopping and replacing same specie predation creates an upside down social pyramid because of the system new priorities and resource distribution. The world needs a circle based governing system for resources to replace the greed based trickle down economic resource sharing method.
The social structure under the new sapience system looks like this when the priorities of the human race are changed it becomes a upside pyramid. The last in line are now first inline.

In order to build an intelligent/emphatic worldwide social structure the governing system must use laws based on making positive gains for all and building structures using common sense. Building using positive non selfish techniques and safe technology will increase the probabilities of creating beneficial linear change worldwide. By deliberately protecting the entire human race and other species, the system itself is the stronger helping the weaker. Eliminating redundant predation through developing a unified collective under one criterion of legal actions worldwide.

The human egocentric specie governing social priorities are based on Greed, Bullying, Tribalism, Irrational belief systems, Corruption, The free paid slave, The slave, including other animals.
The priorities create a social pyramid hierarchy that looks like this. Resources flow up the pyramid and unused resources flow down to the many.

Everything else is perceived as a threat, in the way or a resource
Egocentric priorities of the few and the jungle laws they use to keep control have proven this system is bad. The Earth is literally dying today because of this primitive governing methodology used as a species.
Another species priorities create this social hierarchy pyramid structure. This social structure actually works so well it does not need to change.

Everything is considered a threat or a resource.
Ants share resources with each other fairly and there is no individual greed. They are 100% dedicated to the colony and sacrifice themselves without hesitation in defense of the colony and the queen. The queen is basically the reason for everything and shapes the social hierarchy to making the queen’s survival a top priority. Humans are not ants so they should not have similar social governing structures. Humans should not declare themselves as royalty and rule over others by telling them simply, they divine rights for life and so do their offspring. Human royalty does not give birth to human race, instead it just steals from others humans with impunity and rules over them with savagery throughout history. The only reason these human rulers get away with it is they are stronger and prey on the weaker in the social human pyramid. Ants don’t do that. The future of human dictatorship is taking away lower social status humans will to resist their agendas. Autocrats want mindless slaves to serve them and they can achieve it with technology and no laws to stop them.
The laws of non-predation eliminates the human flaws in the system that allow predators to dictate how others live and die. These laws will not change human behavior but it gets rid of diverse versions of poverty across the human spectrum which changes how vulnerable people being victims of coercion by egocentric bullies. Greedy bullies no longer have the power to rule the many because the sapience system protects the weak and innocent from them.
Hoarding and greed will still exist because they are jungle driven behaviors (eg human nature). The sapience governing methodology is not driven by jungle rules, it has a code of life. The code is pure and impossible to live up to as an individual but not impossible as method of governing. The sapience governing system code believes all life forms are equal and have the right to exist and share the planet fairly this includes all humans (no more disenfranchised). All life is important and has untapped potential. In this universe life on Earth is are all there is and humans have found no other life in the universe to date. This means destroying the earth’s life is a crime against the universe. Saving life on this planet is the exact opposite of nature’s jungle predation evolution. Since eating each other means killing, natural selection focus is on predators evolving into better killers. Nature’s plan is not about long term specie survival. Nature does not care if any species survive long enough to create technologies and philosophy’s that allow a species to develop deep space survival techniques or change the random fates of all species on Earth.
What if this planet is the seed for more life to spread and grow in the universe. What if there is actually a way to travel fast enough to make deep space exploration a reality. To do any of this would take more time to discover new technologies and discover new knowledge through experimentation. With enough time using the trial and error method humans might find the answers. But if humans and most other life on Earth are dead because of over predation and greed then none of this will happen. The lights go out on Earth.
It appears human’s intelligence is only focused on super predators priorities and the evolution of super predation tools for survival. The jungle is not about love or about having morals, it’s about pure survival only. However over the long term pure predatory survival mentality is completely inadequate. Planets come and go unfortunately human’s fate is not tied to technology and knowledge. It’s tied to jungle laws and predators deciding the whole planet’s fate. The few should not be allowed to kill everything on this planet because of their greed and callous hearts, they are all selfish throwbacks with archaic minds.
The laws and code of the sapience system will stop this insanity, unless it is already too late. As I am writing this, smoke from wildfires have turn the sky orange and yellow making everything living is inhaling very big mixture of toxic fumes (shortening all of our lifespans). Meanwhile, madmen world leaders are warring and murdering and stealing as much as they can, so the greedy and dictators can profit from it and they are all getting away with it.
